Quartus Engineering in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead aerospace projects from concept to delivery in a hybrid work environment. The role involves directing cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have a BS in engineering, 8+ years of program management, and experience with sensor payload systems. US Person status is required, and DoD clearance is preferred for some programs.

Development of custom optical systems for aerospace applications is a core business area for Quartus. As a Program Manager in our San Diego office, you will lead project teams and ensure successful execution of your programs. As business needs dictate, you will supervise and drive the successful execution of complex engineering programs from conception to completion as an individual contributor.
Position is based in San Diego, CA with a hybrid schedule.*

Program Manager pay range: $126,070 – $205,997*
*This range represents base pay. In addition, you may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.
