Job summary

You will act as the primary liaison to clients, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure high-quality outcomes through close collaboration with engineers and support staff.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 6+ years in relevant fields, with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field; aerospace/optical/mechanical etc.
• 6+ years in aerospace optical systems or related areas.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience with scope, budget and schedule management.
• Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-sized engineering projects from start to finish.
• Serve as primary point of contact between Quartus and clients.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; ensure quality.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments.
• Organize and lead weekly project status meetings.
• May contribute as a key technical contributor on project work.
