A community-based support organization in Connecticut seeks a Full-Time Program Manager to oversee services for individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll manage a caseload, lead staff, and ensure effective implementation of care plans. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in program management are preferred. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of programs for individuals with ABI and ASD.
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 service participants, coordinating services.
• Provide leadership, scheduling, and performance management for staff.
• Support caregivers and families as a trusted resource and advocate.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
