Program Manager 6 Technology and Product Privacy
Responsible for providing senior program management leadership. Drives the organization's strategic plan and leads complex enterprise-wide programs that affect multiple organizations and have wide-ranging impact. Delivers outcomes, longer‑term improvements and benefits in support of the organization's goals. Leads and guides junior members of the broader program management organization.
Must Have Skills
- Stakeholder alignment across product, legal, and business units
- Strategic planning and decision‑making facilitation
- Executive‑level communication and reporting, including expert‑level PowerPoint skills
- End‑to‑end program planning and execution
- Experience with privacy‑related initiatives
- Prior Comcast experience preferred
Core Responsibilities
- Drive the scope of programs as defined by business requirements and budget process.
- Lead key planning milestones.
- Consult on the overall program management framework for an initiative.
- Ensure the program roadmap is prioritized and developed.
- Identify, confirm and obtain participation from required cross‑functional teams; ensure team clearly understands roles and responsibilities for the duration of the program.
- Lead the development and management of program plans, facilitating all work for end‑to‑end deployment required to fulfill program scope, managing upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Identify business and operational goals and success criteria; drive development and implementation of key goals, objectives and metrics with stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and build consensus with appropriate management engagement; allocate resources to the program plan.
- Determine cost and budget; perform resource forecasting.
- Analyze risk areas, establish contingency plans, trigger events and corrective actions.
- Balance scope, time and costs with trade‑offs, ensuring proper documentation.
- Track actual performance against plan, make adjustments to meet objectives, drive action item resolution and ensure milestones and timelines are met.
- Provide senior executive readouts on program status, changes, escalations and business case assessments.
- Ensure quality of delivery; lead core team and field resources to monitor deployment schedules and tools for field implementation.
- Contribute to program management best practices.
- Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance; must work nights, weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
