The Salvation Army Northern Division Harbor Light Center (HLC) in Minneapolis is seeking a Program Manager of Shelter to oversee day-to-day shelter operations, supervise advocates, and ensure a welcoming, dignified environment for all participants.
You will partner with leadership on compliance, reporting, and program development, manage case files and data entry, and maintain strong community and internal collaborations to further HLC goals.
The Salvation Army Northern Division Harbor Light Center (HLC) and satellite locations provide shelter, housing, and supportive services to over 300 people each night. The Program Manager of Shelter is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shelter programs and leads the shelter advocates teams. The Program Manager also partners with fellow HLC leadership on compliance, collaboration between programs/departments, and ensuring a welcoming, affirming, holistic, person-centered, dignified environment for all participants.

Provide direction, oversight, training, and supervision to assigned advocates.
Regular local travel by agency or personal vehicle. Rare out-of-area travel.
