About MRPC

MRPC is a leader in contract manufacturing for the medical device and life sciences industries. Specializing in high-precision plastic, silicone, and multi-material molding, assembly, and cleanroom manufacturing, we partner with world-class medical brands to bring life-changing products to market.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee customer accounts and lead multi-tool manufacturing programs from initial contract through delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary advocate for the customer's wants, needs, and vision while managing the overall scope, budget, and cross-functional execution of each project.

For complex, high-capacity programs (e.g., packages requiring 10+ tools), you will act as a "dual lead" alongside our Project Engineers to ensure flawless operational and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Account Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for customer wants, needs, and expectations across the entire lifecycle of the program.
  • Scope & Budget Management: Rigorously monitor project scope creep. Identify changes, ensure accurate re-quoting, and charge appropriately for scope modifications to protect program profitability.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Direct, facilitate, and keep non-reporting internal departments (engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain) aligned on program milestones and deliverables.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Co-lead high-complexity programs alongside Project Engineers, balancing business objectives with technical requirements.
  • Long-Term Account Strategy: Keep project teams focused on broad strategic goals, multi-tool package rollouts, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in Program Management or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Leadership Style: Proven ability to influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams without having direct reporting authority.
  • Strategic Vision: Track record of managing multi-tool programs and keeping long-term account goals on schedule and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Background: Prior experience in plastics, silicone, molding, or assembly manufacturing.
  • Technical Credibility: Hands-on engineering or operations experience that fosters immediate trust and buy-in with technical teams.
  • Medical Device Familiarity: Exposure to medical device manufacturing or regulatory compliance (specific qualification training will be provided).
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary ($90,000 - $150,000)
  • Client-provided IT equipment and tools
  • Direct career path within a growing, essential medical manufacturing organization
