Job summary

KINEKTA is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Steam Turbine Generator Controls in West Allis, WI. The role focuses on leading multiple long-term controls projects for new Steam Turbine Generator installations, across engineering, field service, and supply chain teams.

Hybrid work arrangement is available; travel is 20–30% to support project needs. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in project management within power generation or related environments and strong scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of project/program management experience.
• Experience in power generation, controls, OEM or EPC environments.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, scheduling, budgets and risk management.
• Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ICS, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs and industrial networking.
