Merakey is seeking a Program Manager for the Day Program in Warminster, PA. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for participants.

The role reports to the Assistant Program Director or Director and requires coordinating activities, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years’ Human Services experience.
• High School Diploma with 5 years’ Human Services experience.
• 2 years’ experience in IDD within a residential setting as a supervisor or manager.
• NASDP Certification required within 1 year of hire, if applicable.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (40 hours)

Earn: $45,884.00-$51,466.00 (Based on experience) + Benefits

The Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of the day program. Reporting to the Assistant Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise program staff, providing direction, guidance, and support.
