Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Program Manager to lead major DoD/DoN programs with Navy training systems, delivering outcomes on time and on budget. • Fifteen (15) years program management experience with eight (8) years on DoD/DoN programs.
• Active PMP certification.
• Must be able to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS.
• U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex DoD/DoN programs with Navy training systems.
• Interface with customers to deliver on-time, within-budget results.
• Manage program, personnel, financials, and risk policies.
• Oversee multi-subcontractor contracts and subcontracts.

Job Description

Agile Defense is seeking a Program Manager who brings proven leadership, deep familiarity with Navy training systems, and a strong track record of executing complex programs with excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive expertise across core program management disciplines while consistently delivering high‑quality results in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments.

• Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Training Systems
• Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
• Program and Personnel Management
• Financial Management
• Risk Management Policies and Assessment
• Successfully managing Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of the Navy (DoN) Contracts/Task Orders of similar size and complexity
• Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple Sub-contractors
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectives
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse technical workforce consisting of multiple skill sets

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
• Fifteen (15) years program management experience with eight (8) years of experience managing DoD/DoN programs
• Active PMP certification
• Must be able to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret clearance at minimum
