• Active PMP certification.
• U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS.

Job Title: Deputy Program Manager

Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start

Agile Defense is looking for a Program Manager with robust experience supporting Navy training initiatives and overseeing complex, multi-faceted programs. The ideal candidate will bring disciplined expertise across program execution, workforce leadership, and customer engagement to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality results.

• Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Training Systems
• Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
• Program and Personnel Management
• Financial Management
• Risk Management Policies and Assessment
• Successfully managing Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of the Navy (DoN) Contracts/Task Orders of similar size and complexity
• Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple Sub-contractors
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products on time and within budget
• Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectives
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse technical workforce consisting of multiple skill sets

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
• Eight (8) years program management experience with four (4) years of experience managing DoD/DoN programs
• Active PMP certification
• Must be able to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret clearance at minimum
