Job summary

Q.E.D. Systems, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead a Navy Surface Ship Maintenance Training contract. You will oversee contract execution and serve as the primary liaison with Surface Ship Commanders and contract representatives.

The role requires 10+ years in Navy maintenance training with 5+ years in program management, a BS degree or PMP, and eligibility for U.S. Secret clearance. Contingent upon contract award; full-time exempt position.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in U.S. Navy maintenance training.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at the program management level.
• Bachelor of Science degree or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution for Navy Surface Ship Maintenance Training.
• Act as primary point of contact with Surface Ship Commanders and contract representatives.
• Maintain and report contract performance metrics and status.

This position is a “Contingent Hire” position contingent upon a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.

Salary Range: $105,000/year – $125,000/year

Job Description: Individual will serve as Program Manager (PM) in support of a Navy Surface Ship Maintenance Training contract and will be responsible for overall contract execution. The PM will serve as the QED Systems primary point of contact with Surface Ship Type Commanders and the contracts representative. The PM will also be responsible for maintaining and reporting contract performance metrics and status. The PM will conduct semi-annual in-person meetings with Navy Type Commanders in support of Program Reviews.

Job Requirements/skill sets: Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in U.S. Navy Maintenance training with 5 years of experience at the Program Management level.

Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree or PMP certification preferred.

Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access: U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and be able to access U.S. Navy ships, military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
