• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience designing and optimizing complex business processes across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale enterprise transformation program focused on third-party diligence and vendor onboarding.
• Build and execute the program roadmap, milestones, governance model, and stakeholder communication plan.
• Design future-state operating models, governance frameworks, and standardized business processes.
• Partner with Legal and Procurement to improve contracting workflows and reduce review cycle times.
• Establish governance forums, steering committees, decision-making frameworks, and accountability models.
• Drive collaboration across Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, Data Governance, Vendor Management, and business stakeholders.
• Define performance metrics, service-level expectations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead pilot implementations, evaluate results, and develop recommendations for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Prepare executive presentations, status updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Preferred Experience: Third-Party Risk Management, Procurement Operations, Legal Operations, Compliance & Risk Management, Data Governance, Enterprise Governance Programs, Process Simplification & Operational Excellence, Change Management & Organizational Transformation.

Senior Program Manager – Process Transformation

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Process Transformation to lead a high-impact initiative focused on redesigning and modernizing the organization's third-party diligence and vendor onboarding processes.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across Legal, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, Data Governance, Vendor Management, and business teams to build a future-state operating model that improves governance, streamlines workflows, and creates a more efficient vendor experience.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Operating Model Design.


• Proven success leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation programs.


• Strong experience developing governance frameworks, steering committees, and decision-making processes.


• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct authority.


• Experience designing and optimizing complex business processes across multiple functional areas.


• Excellent executive communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.


• Strong program management experience overseeing multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)


• Procurement Operations


• Legal Operations


• Compliance & Risk Management


• Data Governance


• Enterprise Governance Programs


• Process Simplification & Operational Excellence


• Change Management & Organizational Transformation

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar are a plus.
