Job summary

Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large, complex task order and coordinate with Government stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of DoD cyber resilience solutions.

The role requires PMP certification, 5 years of leadership in IT or consulting, and a Secret clearance, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver on schedule and budget in a government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience.
• PM certification (PMP or similar) preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant IT/consulting leadership experience.
• Must possess Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC/ANACI clearance.
• Secret security clearance required.

• Manage all aspects of task order execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with Government KO, COR, and other agency representatives to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Lead project teams in implementing cyber resilience strategies and solutions.

• Provide regular updates and reports to Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and Government management personnel.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Summary

Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Essential Job Functions

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Certification: Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
• Experience: Five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Investigative Requirement: Must possess a Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC/ANACI
• Clearence: Secret

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and/or additional certifications.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000.
