Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Rapid Talent is seeking a Program Manager to support cross-functional operations within our growing Pharmacy Services division. This role is central to maintaining momentum across three interdependent teams—clinical pharmacists, non-clinical staff, and project consultants—and will lead coordination and tracking of high-impact initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in managing healthcare or pharmacy-related programs.

Remote Role. U.S.-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee coordination and execution of strategic and operational initiatives across multiple pharmacy-related teams.
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities to ensure project and program success.
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to maintain clear and proactive communication.
  • Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, trackers, and workflows to support project transparency.
  • Support pharmacy adherence initiatives, clinical operations, and non-clinical workflows.
  • Deliver reports, summaries, and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, Business, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
  • Familiarity with medication adherence programs is a plus.

Certifications:

PMP or other formal project management certification preferred.

  • Proficiency with project management tools, especially Microsoft Project.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Effective at working across teams with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable managing complexity.
