A pet health technology company is seeking a Program Manager to drive growth initiatives across its partner network. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, driving operational strategies, and monitoring performance metrics. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in program management, especially in veterinary or healthcare settings. This role offers a competitive salary and a remote-first work environment.
At Koala Health, we have our eyes set on an ambitious goal: to make managing your pet’s health simple and delightful. We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better.
We are seeking a Program Manager to drive growth initiatives and operational programs across Koala Health’s partner network. This role has two primary areas of responsibility. The Program Manager will own the relationship with new partners in their first year of partnership, implementing all growth programs and ensuring early results before practices transition to long-term Account Manager support. The Program Manager will also lead the rollout of newly developed growth programs across established practices in the network, partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure adoption and consistency.
This position emphasizes program execution, cross-functional coordination, and measurable outcomes. Success will be defined by helping practices strengthen client engagement, increase prescription adherence, and improve operational performance.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year
