Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-growth PMO within a leading global manufacturer near Minneapolis. You will direct end-to-end New Product Introduction efforts across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, owning schedules, risks, and stakeholder alignment from concept to deployment.
