Job summary

Moog Inc is seeking a Program Manager for onsite responsibilities in Buffalo, NY. You will coordinate all program activities from contract awards through hardware and software delivery, serving as the single point of contact for the customer and delivering regular status updates to leadership.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality and Contracts, with travel as needed and the ability to access export-controlled information.

Job Title: Program Manager Reporting To: Director, Site Program Work Schedule: Onsite - Buffalo, NY

What you will be doing as a Program Manager

• Coordinating all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspect of the program.
• You’ll have performance responsibility for your program and will regularly deliver status updates to management.
• Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts etc.; many of which will be shared resources with other programs.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of an BS Degree.
• 5+ years of relevant program management related experience in the aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered manufacturing environments.
• For applicants transitioning from the military, leadership experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, or program management may be considered in lieu of direct industry experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives in defense or similarly structured environments is highly valued.
• Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.

Salary Range Transparency: Buffalo, NY $100,000.00-$125,000.00 Annually
