This position will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the network engineers and architects to ensure our systems meet customer requirements and timelines. Responsibilities include:* ## Single POC for contract performance.* ## Leads team project execution.* ## Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.* ## Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).* ## Ensures systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.* ## Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.* ## Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.* ## Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills, while ensuring no single points of failure within the program.* ## Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers to capture future system changes for customer decision making.* ## Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.## Required Experience:* ## Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.* ## Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management* ## Project Management Professional Certification.* ## Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day* ## Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.* ## Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* ## Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.* ## Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.* ## Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.* ## Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.* ## Experience with collaborative project management tools.* ## Managing global dispersed teams.## Desired Experience:* ## Briefing and meeting with senior level management* ## Understanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community.* ## Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.## ## Please Note: This position is contingent upon award.*At Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork.
