Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a dynamic network engineering team in a unique mission space. This role collaborates with the customer, the project integrator, and network engineers to ensure requirements and timelines are met.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/CE, 5+ years in Program Management, a Project Management Professional certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Establishes training plans to maintain and evolve skills.
• Prepares and presents briefings, white papers, use cases and concept papers.
• Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and stakeholders.

This position will work closely with the customer, the project integrator, the network engineers and architects to ensure our systems meet customer requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Single POC for contract performance.
• Leads team project execution.
• Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
• Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality).

• Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management
• Project Management Professional Certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Day
• Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise with Network Engineering management and design.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with collaborative project management tools.
• Managing global dispersed teams.

• Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
