TRIAEM is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex federal contracts in the Northern Virginia region. You will oversee transition to performance, coordinate Government and contractor representatives, and mentor geographically dispersed teams to ensure delivery excellence.

This posting is for anticipated future opportunities. TRIAEM is proactively building a pipeline of experienced Program Managers for upcoming Department of Defense and Intelligence Community contract opportunities.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $250,000, depending on experience. Compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance, technical expertise, contract requirements, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
This position supports customer programs throughout the Northern Virginia / Washington Metropolitan Area and may require oversight of personnel across multiple Government and contractor locations.
Periodic CONUS travel is required to support customer engagements, program reviews, transition activities, workforce management, and other contract performance requirements.
