Manage the relationship with single client or 2 small clients.
Responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program including interfacing with internal/external disciplines including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing to execute the GDLS ProLink launch process with 100% data integrity.
Develop and secure team commitment to a credible program plan that satisfies both customer specifications and IAC’s internal profitability goals.
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
Proactively manage and report on critical financial metrics, including Product Margin, Launch Costs, Tooling Recovery, and Capital Expenditures.
Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Develops new business and expands product line.
Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
Act as the "Voice of the Customer" within IAC, proactively eliminating surprises through transparent communication and a deep understanding of their technical and delivery expectations.
Lead regular change control meetings to manage engineering modifications seamlessly. Analyze risks proactively and implement mitigation measures to maintain program control.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of program status documentation for executive reviews, covering milestones, KPIs, and open issues.
