Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co in the United States is seeking a full-time remote Program Manager to provide centralized expertise and governance for program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and consolidated reporting to leadership.

You will define and maintain the program roadmap, enforce budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and work with executive sponsors to drive change and realize benefits across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management with multi-project transformation programs.
• 3+ years of people leadership or coaching experience without direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe) and proficiency with program management tools.
