The Program Manager oversees multiple direct reports to ensure the successful execution of project objectives across various customer accounts. In addition to managing project teams, the Program Manager plays a vital role in supporting and advancing product development, business systems optimization, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating cross‑functional collaboration, streamlining project workflows, and identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. This position demands strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills to navigate complex engineering and manufacturing projects while ensuring alignment with company goals. The Program Manager fosters team development, provides mentorship, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Wage range for this role is between $115,000 - $150,000 plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off‑shifts, off‑site work, and access pay. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job‑related and non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
