TECHNOLOGY COMPANY

ROLE IS REMOTE – COMPANY BASED IN THE GREATER SEATTLE AREA, WA

$75.28-$81.11/hr, $13,249-$14,275/month COMPENSATION RATE (depending on experience)

THE CLIENT

Our client is a large technology company based in the Greater Seattle Area. They develop software, services, products, and hardware devices.

PROGRAM MANAGER TECH 4

  • Interface and engage with internal customers and stakeholders to drive efficient use of energy and related areas with company owned and managed datacenters.
  • Inclusive of program and process development of frameworks to drive a repeatable process for engagement by customers.
  • Working to address technical and business issues from identification through remediation and resolution.
  • Drive program/project schedules and status reports.
  • Create and/or review multiple requirements functional specifications new or existing tooling.
  • These will be used to enable decision making and as to influence how the product or service will be implemented or updated.
  • Provide and support gathering of data and analysis for energy related data and others.
  • Organize cross functional activities and teams to ensure the program/project requirements are met and maintained.
  • Provide program/project schedules and status reports to customers and stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Top 3 Skills:

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Kusto

2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with Azure DevOps

3. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with SharePoint & other Office products.

Years of Experience: 8-10 overall years of experience in the field.

Qualifications: This is a technical role requiring a candidate to interface with technical teams. This includes mechanical engineers, water quality engineers, and others. There is no degree or certification requirement. However, a fundamental understanding of these areas is extremely helpful to the success of any candidate.

There is also a significant area of compliance work in this role. Understanding of one or any of the following is helpful to a candidate's success. Direct experience is preferred.

  • ISO50001
  • EN50600
  • ISO14001
  • EU Trade Schema
  • EU Green Public Procurement

Degree/Certs: No specific degree required for the role.

Disqualifiers: Candidates with lack of impact in their resume: how did you help the business improve, constant job hopping will not be eligible for the role.

Best: The ideal resume must have an “IMPACT STATEMENT”, There will be a technical, a true technical component, They're going to have to be able to grasp and understand calculus, mathematics, thermodynamics, things of that nature. They don't need to know it, but they do need to be able to have the desire and skill set to learn it, be organized, drive results, be willing to learn.

PI: Feedback from team & Sponsor. Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, formulating a plan and how they manage that plan, and feedback from the team.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Start & End: 6/16/2025 – 6/30/2025.

Schedule: M-F, 40 hrs a week, no OT expected.

Typical Tasks: The role will consist of analysis and understanding current state against international standards. and regulations to drive data to understand the current state of each building: Mechanical side - start locating and identifying problems tstart partnering with the data centers themselves and the engineering groups to then develop and our outside design firms to then develop and drive solutions and then work with operations to get those implemented.

Second part of the role is working on data analysis, defining gaps and then how we address those gaps, working with our partners and engineering operations, Sustainability, environmental compliance, a whole bunch of other groups, making sure there are defined plans to address the gaps and then marching toward the certifications and or compliance to regulation.

Interaction Level: High level of interaction with Team & Sponsor.

Work Environment: Remote, PST hours preferred.

Flex Hours/Remote: Open to in-person, remote, or hybrid.

Extension: Chance to extend, however FY26 budget is not approved yet.
