About The Role
The role drives cross-functional execution for a fast-moving product organization: coordinating engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to ship complex initiatives on schedule.
Program Managers here own the plan, the dependencies, and the communication loops - translating ambiguous goals into milestones, unblocking teams daily, and giving leadership a clear, honest view of progress and risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program plans for multi-quarter initiatives, defining milestones, owners, and success criteria
- Run sprint planning, cross-team syncs, and executive reviews; keep Jira, Asana, and roadmaps accurate and current
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early - escalation with context and drive resolutions across teams
- Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting (Tableau, Looker, or similar) for leadership
- Partner with engineering leads on scoping, capacity planning, and tradeoff decisions
- Coordinate launches end-to-end, including QA signoff, rollout sequencing, and post-launch retrospectives
- Continuously improve planning and execution processes, documenting workflows and scaling them as teams grow
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of program or project management experience in software or technology, with at least 2 years managing cross-functional technical programs
- Deep fluency with modern delivery tooling: Jira, Asana or Linear, Confluence, and roadmap/planning tools
- Ability to read technical conversations (APIs, architecture, infrastructure tradeoffs) without needing to write code
- Strong written communication — crisp status updates, clear RCA docs, and executive-ready summaries
- Track record of shipping large initiatives on schedule with measurable business impact
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFE certification; SQL proficiency; experience at a high-growth startup or scaling platform org
