The Program Manager is responsible for executing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs and development initiatives. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The Program Manager collaborates with stakeholders across the business to drive engagement and measure impact.

A day in the life:
  • Develop and manageimplementationplans for leadership and technical learning programsand development initiatives.Maintain ongoing ownership of designated learning programs such as the Leadership Development Program.
  • Coordinatelogistics,resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to align programs with strategicobjectives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through analysis and feedback; recommend improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee external training partnerships.
  • Implement, administer, andoptimizeLearning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to manage communications planning and execution for Learning & Development and ensure learning and development is displayed on social media channels.
  • Work with Director of L&D to deliverappropriate changemanagement and communications for development initiatives.
  • Other dutiesas assigned by supervisor in the advancement oflearning and developmentat CW.
You should have:
  • 5+years’ experiencewith a proventrack recordofimplementing new and managing existing learning programs that achieved business results.
  • Expertisein leadership developmentprogram managementand workforce capability building.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills withabilityto manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and strong writing skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiencyin learning technologies and project management tools.Experience implementing an LMS, Workday Learning highlydesired.
  • Experience in the construction orbuildingservicesindustrypreferred.
