Voyager Technologies in Pueblo, CO, is seeking a Program Manager for Strategic Systems to lead a portfolio of defense and government-related projects across solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives. The role reports to the General Manager of Voyager Energetics and is onsite in Pueblo or Penrose, CO, or hybrid for qualified candidates.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in project or supply chain management, defense project experience, and strong contractor negotiation

The Program Manager for Strategic Systems is responsible for the leadership and execution of Voyager’s portfolio of programs across solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives, in conjunction with the chief engineer or lead engineer.
The position reports to the General Manager, Voyager Energetics and is part of the leadership team based in Pueblo and Penrose, CO. This role is onsite in Pueblo and Penrose, CO OR hybrid for highly qualified candidates.

The good faith base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
The position may be eligible for lump‑sum bonus upon hire.
