Voyager is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead end-to-end execution of solid rocket motor design and manufacturing programs — from concept through qualification — ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments.
This onsite role in Penrose/Pueblo, Colorado reports to the Program Manager, Solid Rocket Motors, within Voyager’s Strategic Systems line of business. It requires coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep programs on track.

The Senior Project Engineer for Voyager’s Strategic Systems line of business is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end execution of solid rocket motor design and manufacturing programs — from concept through qualification — ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments.
This position reports to the Program Manager, Solid Rocket Motors and is part of Voyager’s Strategic Systems line of business based in Penrose/Pueblo, Colorado. This role is onsite in Penrose/Pueblo, Colorado.

The good faith base salary range for this role is $108,000 – $138,000 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills, and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive. This range may be adjusted in the future.
