This is a highly impactful role for a strategic, technically minded leader who can navigate complexity, drive change, and bring people together to turn vision into reality.

Duties include
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs end‑to‑end, ensuring alignment to governance, timelines, cost targets, and best practices.

  • Lead stage gate reviews and participate in design reviews with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Own and optimize the Arena PLM ecosystem, including process design, governance, and user training.
  • Oversee sustaining engineering and change management, ensuring a closed‑loop system for requests and implementation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining development processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Capture lessons learned and lead post‑mortems to strengthen future execution.
Cross‑Functional Execution & Delivery
  • Coordinate cross‑functional development and validation activities, including prototyping, testing, and certification.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure timely procurement and management of prototype materials.
  • Support commercialization efforts during product launches in partnership with go‑to‑market teams.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate program status, risks, and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide program management guidance to cross‑functional teams to support broader organizational initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and resource constraints.
Leadership & External Collaboration
  • Lead and influence cross‑functional teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and partners.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Location & Travel

This is a full‑time hybrid position requiring 3 days on‑site at our Philadelphia office and up to 10% travel.

Compensation

$105,000 – $115,000 annually, plus bonus and equity.

  • Take full ownership of Arena PLM.

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to associate with all levels in the organization.
  • Proven success in establishing key performance indicators, metrics, and focus to drive product development best practices.
  • Advanced negotiation, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills (presentation, written and oral) with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Comfort in operating in both agile and waterfall project methodologies, for both software and hardware development projects.
  • Experience using project management software (e.g. ClickUp, Microsoft Project, etc).
