Job description

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Newtown, PA!

The Program Manager leads and oversees the performance of significant technical programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines in the RF line of business. The role requires a technical background due to responsibilities managing RF transmitter and transponder products, and PMP certification. Execution involves leading cross-functional teams for IRD initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Defining, launching, and driving mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. (10%)
2. Leading and monitoring multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices, and developing mitigation strategies for potential risks. (50%)
3. Resolving a wide range of issues practically and imaginatively, creating change management processes including documentation, communication plans, and training. (20%)
4. Managing complex program tasks, developing standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting, and allocating necessary resources. (15%)
5. Conducting market and trend analysis to inform program direction and drive innovation, staying updated on industry developments. (5%)

Qualifications:

• Experience managing large-scale, complex technical projects and programs using established methodologies.
• Customer-facing experience with strong leadership skills, including organizational change management.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be a sole US citizen and able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
