Job summary

SAE ITC is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs, ensure audit compliance, and manage budgets from $2M to $5M. You will supervise staff engineers and coordinate contractors to meet tight deadlines while aligning with organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of contract/business law and budgeting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage at least two commodities/programs with best-practice processes.
  • Review audit reports for assigned commodities for compliance.
  • Manage staff engineers (min 5) and budgets ($2-5M).
  • Coordinate program execution with independent contractors.
  • Support management councils, committees, sub-teams or major projects.
  • Lead multiple projects with tight deadlines and strict requirements.
