Job summary

Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow is seeking a Program Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of the EOT Labs Youthpreneur Incubator, from onboarding through completion.

You will coordinate workshops, mentor sessions, and activities, track participant progress across Plan, Build, and Grow, and prepare participants for Demo Day and Pitch For Ya Life.

This flexible remote role requires approximately 5 to 10 hours per week during active periods and runs 6 to 12 months.

• Experience in program or project management, entrepreneurship, education, nonprofit operations, or youth development.
• Strong organization, communication, and relationship building.
• Attention to detail, dependable, and solutions-oriented.

Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit preparing young people to become entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders through education, mentorship, real experiences, and access to opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops, mentor sessions, founder check-ins, and activities
• Track participant progress across Plan, Build, and Grow
• Prepare participants for Demo Day and Pitch For Ya Life
• Manage communications, schedules, deliverables, and accountability
• Support curriculum improvement and founder storytelling
• Collaborate across teams

What EOT is looking for

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Airtable, Google Workspace, Basecamp, or similar tools

Commitment
