Job summary

Prudential seeks three experienced Program Managers to lead enterprise Data & AI transformation within the Chief Data & AI Office. You will partner with executives, technology teams, and vendors to drive large-scale programs across data, AI, cloud modernization and digital transformation.

These hybrid, leadership roles require strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business value while managing budgets, risks, and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect technology initiatives to business value.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise Data & AI transformation programs from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams across business, technology, operations, governance, and vendor organizations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and serve as a strategic advisor throughout program execution.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and decision-making sessions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, communications, and status reporting.
• Drive stakeholder alignment while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and program health.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, Business Leaders, and Vendors to ensure successful execution.
• Support organizational readiness, adoption, and change management efforts.
• Ensure technology investments align with strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes.
