Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Remote
Compensation Expectation: $75-85/hour

The Role of Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic AI‑first transformation initiatives within ServiceNow's Acceleration & Modernization organization. This role is responsible for driving enterprise‑wide programs that accelerate AI adoption, modernize delivery methodologies, and improve how technology solutions are implemented across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple strategic programs focused on AI adoption, delivery modernization, and organizational transformation
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including milestones, dependencies, resource planning, and success metrics
• Drive execution across cross‑functional teams while proactively managing risks, priorities, and program deliverables
• Partner with Product, PMO, Delivery, and Enablement teams to ensure successful implementation of AI‑first methodologies
• Lead pilot programs, define success criteria, capture insights, and recommend improvements for enterprise‑wide adoption
• Facilitate decision‑making across globally distributed stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the program lifecycle
• Establish program governance, delivery standards, communication frameworks, and best practices
• Monitor program performance and provide executive reporting
• Support portfolio planning and continuous improvement
• Lead retrospectives and apply lessons learned

Knowledge & Experience

• 5–7+ years of program/project management in technology organizations
• Success leading complex cross‑functional initiatives
• Understanding of technical product development and delivery workflows
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Strong planning, dependency, and risk management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience supporting AI adoption or organizational transformation is highly desirable

Preferred Skills

• Professional Services or Delivery Operations experience
• ServiceNow platform familiarity
• Pilot programs, change management, or go‑to‑market experience
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
• Experience with global teams
• PMP, SAFe, or related certification preferred
