Job summary

RxDiet is seeking a Program Manager to support U.S. operations, owning tasks from reporting to stakeholder management. You will work closely with health plans, health coaches, and members, taking ownership with autonomy in a mission-driven, startup-like environment.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences while supporting grocery operations and onboarding/offboarding processes. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Program Manager experience (Not Project Management or Product Management).
• 3 years of experience working at a healthcare company.
• 3 years of experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid.
• Previous experience at an early-stage startup is preferred.
• Experience handling member support through calls, texts, and emails.
• Proven ability to own multiple areas within a small team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.
• Results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and deliver member experiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Interest in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations in the United States. You will manage tasks that support the program's success, including stakeholder management for the health plan, handling escalations, member/grocery operations, support, and reporting. This is a do-it-all role, and we need someone who wants to get their hands dirty and take on significant ownership and autonomy.
