Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex data center programs in New York. You will drive multi-project initiatives, serve as the primary client interface, and provide strategic leadership across governance, scheduling, cost, and risk.

In this role you will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure best practices, manage dependencies, and deliver concise reporting to senior stakeholders. A client-facing and results-driven mindset is essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong background delivering data center projects (hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical environments preferred).
• Excellent understanding of project and programme controls, including schedule, cost, and risk.
• Experience working in a client-side or consultancy environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate confidently in fast-track, high-pressure environments.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certifications (PMP, APM, RICS, etc.) are an advantage.

• Proactively identify programme‑level risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement, contracting strategy, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage dependencies between design, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Provide clear, concise reporting to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.
