Job summary

Linesight in Atlanta is seeking an Associate Director to lead a seasoned data centre team, building strong client relationships and delivering strategic projects. You will manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and mentor staff while ensuring high quality and value for clients.

Candidates bring 10+ years in construction cost management, extensive scheduling experience with Primavera P6, and Chartered status (RICS preferred). You will head meetings with clients in a dynamic, global consultancy.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in construction with cost management or quantity surveying experience.

  • Experience using Primavera P6.
  • Chartered status (preferably RICS) or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Overview

As an Associate Director at Linesight, you will lead highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will:



  • Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust

  • Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients

  • Oversee key strategic client projects.

  • Apply your wealth of scheduling/planning experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures

  • Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors

  • Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership

  • Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value


We would love to hear from you if you:



  • Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment

  • Have experience in project scheduling within Data Centers industry

  • Have 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management/scheduling experience in the d ata center sector

  • Have confidence to head up meetings with clients

  • Have experience using P6

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying

  • Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS

  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing

  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun


The Salary Range for this role is $140,000.00 -$197,000.00 USD but actual salary offered will be dependent on experience, education, and skillset.


All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
