Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale customer implementations involving multiple healthcare technology products
• Serve as the primary customer liaison, facilitating steering committee meetings and executive briefings
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to implementation methodologies and best practices
• Monitor program health, identify at-risk deliverables, and implement corrective actions
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and prepare executive dashboards and program status reports

Qualifications (What is Required)

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field
• 5 or more years of experience leading complex, billable, software delivery-based projects to external clients
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies such as SCRUM/Kanban
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Experience with healthcare technology products, specifically HealthRules Payer and GuidingCare
• Background in management consulting or professional services
• Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
