Job summary

RENK America is seeking a Program Manager to support planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple programs. You will work with Senior Program Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation. Travel and strong organizational skills are required; DOD/military experience is a plus. Exempt/full-time, EOE.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field with 4+ years experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years experience (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• DOD program management experience or military experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Some Travel may be required, Driver's License necessary
• Ability to work independently, problem solve and use judgement

• Oversee budget, schedule, and cross collaboration efforts.
• Maintain cost books and program EAC's.
• Brief executive level staff on program performance and contribute towards division goals.

Position Requirements

• Associates Degree in Business Management, Project Mangement or related field with 4+ years experience (required)
• Bachelors degree with 0-3 years experience. (preferred)
• Proificient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• DOD program management experience or military experience (perferred)
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to constantly read, visual work and computer work, with regularly siting and occasional standing and walking.
• Some Travel may be required, Driver's License necessary
• Ability to work independantly, problem solve and use judgement
