Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support an aerospace and defense technology company. This position is onsite in Mason, OH. This is an opportunity supporting a leader in advanced electronic and electro-optical systems for nation defense and space programs.

The Program Manager will lead complex development and production programs, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure projects meet customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the Program Manager include:

• Lead programs from development through production, ensuring on-time, and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance.
• Oversee production readiness, capacity planning, and material execution.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect program performance
• Communicate program status and issues to executives and customers.

Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include:

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading aerospace, defense, or manufacturing programs through development and production.
• Proven success managing schedules, risks, and budgets in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's in related field.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Compensation for the Program Manager includes:

• Salary Range: $160,000 - $185,000
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Sick Leave (as required by law).
