Job summary

BrightPath Human Services in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee four residential programs for individuals with IDD. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality, person-centered services while partnering with the Residential Services Director.

This role requires on-call duties and a typical Mon–Fri 8am–4pm schedule with on-call rotations. You will lead staff development, ensure training and certifications, manage budgets, and foster strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in IDD services or a Residential Support Setting.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic health record systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain NADSP FLS certification within 3 months of employment (Company Paid).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential programs, ensuring consistent and high quality supports.
• Supervise and support the Team Leaders and DSPs, including scheduling, coaching and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with ISP, BSPs, RPPs, and health care directives.
• Ensure compliance with 6400/6100 regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, staff development and interdisciplinary planning.
• Conduct routine site visits and quality reviews.
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact with families, case managers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage program budgets.
• Ensure staff training and current certifications.
• Promote BrightPath Human Services core values and inclusive environment.
• Handle any other assigned duties.

Job description

The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operations of assigned residential programs (4 in total) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining quality service delivery, and fostering a positive, person-centered environment. The Program Manager works collaboratively with the Residential Services Director and other leadership staff to uphold the mission and values of BrightPath Human Services. This position requires on-call duties which can require responding to assigned programs during emergencies and call-offs. Typical work schedule is M-F 8am-4pm but requires on call responsbilities.
