Job summary

Nivel-Parts-and-Manufacturing is seeking a senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional vehicle programs from development through launch. You will coordinate with production, finance, sales, and legal to keep programs on track and compliant.

You will own the cadence, manage blockers, and ensure timely execution of vehicle orders, licenses, and dealer communications. This role requires strong PM experience and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven program or project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to drive accountability and execution across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional vehicle activities to meet timelines, commitments and priorities.
  • Monitor open vehicle orders and resolve blockers related to credit, production, parts, and logistics.
  • Own and facilitate recurring cross-functional operating cadence with priorities and owners.
  • Lead new product development activities and coordinate commercialization from development through launch.
  • Serve as internal program owner for the MadJax LSV program including registrations and regulatory docs.
  • Manage dealer agreements, state requirements, VIN/MSO/title documentation, renewals, and records.
  • Maintain centralized source of truth for vehicle documentation, timelines, and decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate workflows to reduce friction.
  • Provide regular leadership updates on initiatives, risks, and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional vehicle activities to ensure key timelines, commitments, and business priorities are met.
  • Monitor open vehicle orders and proactively identify and resolve blockers related to credit, production, parts availability, accessories, transportation, documentation, and other dependencies.
  • Own and facilitate the recurring cross-functional vehicle operating cadence, including priorities, risks, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Participate in new product development and coordinate commercialization activities from development through launch, including pricing, purchasing, compliance, marketing, sales readiness, and dealer communications.
  • Serve as the internal program owner for the MadJax LSV program, including state registrations, licensing, renewals, regulatory documentation, and coordination with Legal.
  • Manage administrative processes related to LSV dealer agreements, state requirements, VIN/MSO/title documentation, renewal tracking, and supporting records.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized source of truth for vehicle-related documentation, timelines, compliance information, decisions, and key program materials.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, reduce manual work, automate workflows, and eliminate unnecessary internal or dealer-facing friction.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on key initiatives, risks, unresolved issues, and decisions requiring escalation.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Program Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and execution across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management, collaboration, and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Power BI, ERP systems, or similar platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience in automotive, powersports, golf cars, recreational vehicles, or a related industry.
  • Experience supporting product launches, manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations.
  • Experience working with regulatory, licensing, or compliance-related processes.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Vehicle orders and major program initiatives are executed on time with fewer preventable delays.
  • Cross-functional teams have clear ownership, deadlines, and visibility into priorities and risks.
  • Product launches and accessories are operationally ready to support planned sales activity.
  • LSV registrations, licenses, renewals, and supporting documentation remain current and organized.
  • Vehicle information is maintained in a reliable, centralized repository that teams can easily access.
  • Internal processes become simpler, more scalable, and easier for employees and dealers to navigate.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based role with regular collaboration across functional teams and operating locations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to company facilities, suppliers, industry events, or other business locations as needed.
