In this role, you'll take ownership of program execution from planning through completion - ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met while collaborating with engineering, production, supply chain, and customer-facing teams. Program Manager oversees multiple production and repair programs, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You'll coordinate internal and external resources, manage financial and schedule performance, and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or a defined plan to obtain it shortly after hire.
• Understanding of defense-sector embedded electronics, including radar, avionics, and sensor technologies.
• Experience with budget forecasting and presenting program management reviews (PMRs).
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of ITAR, export control requirements, FAR, and DFARS.
• Experience in ISO9001 and AS9100 environments.
• Comfortable with basic math and data analysis for reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs of test or support equipment as needed.
