Job summary

Duotech Services in Huntsville, AL is seeking a motivated Program Manager to lead and deliver mission-critical repair and production programs for military-grade electronic systems. You’ll own program execution from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality meet expectations while coordinating with engineering, production, supply chain, and customer teams.

This on-site role requires seven years of PM experience, US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in project management.

The Program Manager oversees multiple production and repair programs, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, manage financial and schedule performance, and maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship:Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or a defined plan to obtain it shortly after hire.
• Understanding of defense-sector embedded electronics, including radar, avionics, and sensor technologies.
• Experience with budget forecasting and presenting program management reviews (PMRs).
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of ITAR, export control requirements, FAR, and DFARS.
• Experience in ISO9001 and AS9100 environments.
• Comfortable with basic math and data analysis for reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs of test or support equipment as needed.

Travel: 10% CONUS & OCONUS locations
