Job summary

SCI Technology, a Sanmina Company, in Huntsville, AL, is seeking an Associate Program Manager to lead programs at the site, coordinating with customers to meet contract terms and program goals.

Responsibilities include customer management, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, and resolving issues across A/R, E&O, PPV, credit and RMA, while directing customers to additional Sanmina-SCI offerings as needed. U.S. citizenship is required due to DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, directly related work experience required.
• 0–2 years related experience; Defense and Aerospace experience desirable.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Project, Excel & Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure needs are met.
• Ensure program-related decisions follow the contract terms and conditions.
• Launch new programs or orders and manage delivery, revenue achievement.
• Address A/R, E&O, PPV, credit, and RMA issues; drive business development.

Position Title: AssociateProgram Manager

Position Overview:

Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development. Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customers appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, directly related work experience required.
• Minimum0-2 years related experience. Defense and Aerospace experience desirable.
• Strong computer skills to include MS Word, Project, Excel and Outlook.
• Solid written/verbal business communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both technical and non technical concepts to both technical and non technical professionals.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability/willingness to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment, with frequently changing priorities, is a must.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
