Agility is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to provide leadership and guidance for assigned personnel. The PM will oversee the quality and efficiency of the program, managing technical and business aspects. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team and impact the success of the contract. Ideal candidates are professionals with a strong project management background.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to the team and government client.
• Supervise technical efforts and manage overall performance.
• Ensure quality and efficiency of the program.
• Address government issues, concerns, and comments proactively.
• Communicate effectively with the government regarding contractual or programmatic issues.
• Manage execution, quality assurance, and leadership of the program.

Qualifications:

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience with the Coast Guard.
• Managing multiple vendors and cross-functional projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise transformation, cloud architecture, and infrastructure management.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of industry, clients, and internal teams.
