Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for leading automotive manufacturing programs from launch through production. This role works closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to support successful product launches.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and action plans to customers and leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications
