Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Glendale, AZ seeks a Program Manager to lead and oversee the execution of customer programs. You will manage programs within scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will work on a hybrid schedule from our Glendale location and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and deliver results. A minimum of 6 years' PM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to obtain security

Job description

As a Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell Aerospace's customer programs.

You will report directly to our Program Director and you'll work out of our Glendale, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact is comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. They play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and long-term growth.
