Job summary

i9 Sports is hiring a Program Manager to work with the Area Developer in Fort Myers, overseeing day-to-day operations of local youth leagues, camps, and clinics. The role focuses on marketing, coach recruitment, game-day operations, and customer service while upholding brand standards.

You will build relationships with community partners, supervise part-time staff and volunteer coaches, manage communications, and drive a positive, fun experience for participants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to take charge in various situations to ensure safety of players.
• Positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work varying hours including nights and weekends.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Enjoys working with kids and coaching in sports settings.
• Background in teaching or coaching is preferred.

Job Summary

The Program Manager works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer) to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! The Program Manager helps manage the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, supervision of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Program Manager ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers, place road signs, and conduct in-person promotional events
