i9 Sports is seeking a Program Director to partner with the Area Developer and lead the day-to-day operation of the local youth franchise, including marketing and coach recruitment.

The role ensures brand standards, exceptional customer service, and safe, fun programming across multiple sports, while organizing rosters and schedules.

Flexible work-from-home options are available; some nights and weekends are required in this dynamic, community-facing role.

Job Summary

The Program Director works alongside the franchise owner (Area Developer) to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports! The Program Director manages the day-to-day operation of the local sports franchise including marketing, coach recruitment, oversite of game-day operations, and customer service. In their role, the Program Director ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.
